Returns & Refunds

14-day unopened returns

Unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery. Because press-on nails and glue are personal-use beauty products, opened, applied, worn, altered, or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Starting a return

Email Sophiaspressonnails@gmail.com before mailing anything back. Include the purchaser's name, PayPal order number, product name, and reason for the return. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable return method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within seven days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. If we confirm that an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the approved return cost when a return is required.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. PayPal or the customer's financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
